Please read these General Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully. By using the Sender service ("Service") or registering for it, You agree to these Terms, creating a legally binding agreement between You and VMTech DOO Beograd ("VMTech," "we," or "us").
Sender is an online platform for contact management, creation, sending, and administration of marketing campaigns, including emails and promotional newsletters (each a "Campaign" and collectively "Campaigns"). The Service is accessible via the website https://sender.vmtech.rs and provides analytics, reports, and other features that help You effectively engage with Your audience.
These Terms, including the Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Data Processing Policy, and other policies (collectively referred to as the "Agreement"), govern the conditions of using the Service. They also describe how we process data related to Your account, end users, and contacts when You are a user of the Service ("Client" or "You").
If You do not agree with these Terms, You must immediately cease using the Service.

VMTech reserves the right to deny Service provision, terminate any Client account, and change eligibility requirements at any time.
We may amend any of these Terms by posting an updated version on our website https://sender.vmtech.rs. New Terms become effective immediately upon publication. By continuing to use the Service after the changes are posted, You agree to the updated Terms.
To use the Sender Service, You must register and create an account on https://sender.vmtech.rs. By registering, You agree to provide accurate, truthful, up-to-date, and complete information about Yourself and Your company.

You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of Your account or any other security breaches by emailing support@sender.vmtech.rs.
VMTech is not liable for any losses or damages resulting from unauthorized access to Your account or data stored within it. You agree to bear full responsibility for safeguarding Your login credentials and all actions performed under Your account.
Either You or VMTech may terminate this Agreement at any time for any reason. You may close Your account via the personal dashboard at https://sender.vmtech.rs or by contacting customer support.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service without prior notice under the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, VMTech reserves the right to permanently delete all data related to Your account, including all Campaigns and Contacts created by You. No refunds or reimbursements will be issued upon account closure, except as expressly stated in these Terms.
You agree to promptly update Your contact and billing information in Your account settings. VMTech reserves the right to update billing information in Your account based on the data provided by You or Your bank.
We are not responsible for understanding the internal structure of Your business or the nature of Your personal relationships. You agree not to request access to an account that does not belong to You and to resolve any account disputes directly with the other party involved.
VMTech reserves the right to determine account ownership based on the information and content provided within the account. In the event of disputes, we may suspend the account to protect data until the dispute is resolved.
By using the paid features of the Sender Service, You agree to pay the fees listed on the website https://sender.vmtech.rs according to Your chosen pricing plan.
Payments can be made using the following methods:
All payments are made in Serbian dinars (RSD).
Sender offers various pricing plans depending on Your needs. Pricing plans and their costs are listed on the main page https://sender.vmtech.rs.
Each pricing plan has its own limits on the number of contacts, the volume of emails sent, and other features. If You exceed the limits of the chosen plan, You agree to pay additional charges as specified in Your account.
VMTech reserves the right to change prices and terms of pricing plans at any time by posting updates on the website. New prices become effective upon publication.
If You choose a pricing plan with recurring payments, You agree that:
In the event of payment issues, VMTech reserves the right to temporarily suspend Service access until the payment is successfully completed.
You may cancel a paid pricing plan at any time by switching to a free plan or closing Your account through the dashboard. The cancellation will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the already paid period.
VMTech does not issue refunds for unused services, except as expressly stated in these Terms. In exceptional cases, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.
You can change Your pricing plan at any time in Your account settings. If You upgrade to a more expensive plan, the amount will be calculated proportionally to the remaining time in the billing cycle.
When switching to a cheaper plan, changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
If You change Your plan in the middle of a billing cycle, You agree to pay the difference in cost.
Prices for pricing plans are listed excluding taxes. Since VMTech is not a VAT payer in Serbia, no VAT will be charged on issued invoices.
However, if the legislation changes in the future and a tax is introduced for the provided services, You agree to pay such taxes in addition to the cost of the selected pricing plan.
